STUDIO PICKUP:

Pickups are availble during studio hours:

Tuesday - Friday 11am-6:30pm

Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm

AVAILABILITY:

 Orders must be placed 1 day in advance. Short notice and same day orders may be available by calling our shop at 347.629.0063, but are not guaranteed. 

LOCAL DELIVERIES:

We deliver Tuesday-Friday between 11am-6pm. While we don't guarantee specific delivery times, we'll try to accommodate requests.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we'll do our best to leave the flowers in a safe spot, out of direct sunlight and precipitation. If we determine there's no suitable place to leave the flowers, they will be returned to our studio and a redelivery will incur an additional fee.

FLOWER CARE:

• Clean your vase thoroughly
• Fill the vase two-thirds with fresh, lukewarm water and add your flower food. 
• Remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline to avoid build-up of debris. 
• Trim about 1inch from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle.
• Change the water regularly after the second day.
• Display your flowers in a cool spot, out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources
• Check for any wilted flowers and remove them
