small imperfections may occur each candle is handled & packaged with care. our candles are mostly use as decor. However, burn at your own risk. If you’d like to lit it, Please read the burning instructions carefully before lighting. we are not responsibility for any damage that may occur due to misuse of candles, and candle burning. the seller and/or manufacturer are not responsible for misuse. - Place the candle on a flat surface to ensure its stability. - Trim the wick to 15 mm before each use. - Keep the flame away from drafts. - Never leave the candle unattended. - Burn the candle on a fire-resistant surface. - Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets.

We deliver Tuesday-Sunday during studio hours. While we don't guarantee specific delivery times, we'll try to accommodate requests.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we'll do our best to leave the flowers in a safe spot, out of direct sunlight and precipitation. If we determine there's no suitable place to leave the flowers, they will be returned to our studio and a redelivery will incur an additional fee.

- Display your flowers in a cool spot, out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources
- Check for any wilted flowers and remove them
- Change the water regularly after the second day
- Fill the vase two-thirds with fresh, lukewarm water
